� s <br /> General Requirements <br /> 3 of 8 <br /> J. Personnel Working Conditions: Work by Contractor shall be done during regular working <br /> hours between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM. The facility is in operation during these times. The <br /> yard will be occupied and in operation during construction. <br /> Care shall be taken by Contractor to insure normal working conditions for PG&E <br /> personnel, without disturbance as nearly as practicable. <br /> K. Cleanup: With respect to Contractor's own operation, Contractor shall maintain the work <br /> site and related structures, equipment, and facilities in a clean, orderly condition during <br /> progress of the Work, and also clean up debris to the satisfaction of PG&E. If, in PG&E's <br /> opinion, the work site is hazardous due to Contractor's noncompliance, and if upon notice <br /> to correct the condition Contractor fails to do so, PG&E may stop the Work until cleanup is <br /> performed or order others to perform cleanup work and charge Contractor for this Work, <br /> Building surfaces, including glass, shall be left clean. <br /> L Overtime: Additional work shifts and overtime shall be authorized only in accordance with <br /> the General Conditions. <br /> 1.03 WORK SITE FACILITIES <br /> A. Water: Contractor shall be allowed to use existing water facilities at the work site subject <br /> to such regulations as may be imposed by PG&E. <br /> B. Sanitary Facilities: Contractor shall be allowed to use existing sanitary facilities.. <br /> C. Telephone Facilities: Telephone facilities are not available at work site. Contractor shall <br /> provide its own telephone facilities. <br /> L. Illumination: Contractor shall provide and maintain necessary lighting to conduct their <br /> Work in a safe and workmanlike manner. <br /> E. Electricity: PG&E will furnish electric power required at voltage and current presently <br /> available at the work site at no cost to Contractor. This power will be provided by PG&E <br /> at the nearest suitable existing electrical outlet or other existing source. Temporary or <br /> portable wiring beyond the outlet or other existing source shall be furnished and installed <br /> by and at the expense of Contractor and shall comply with the prevailing codes and <br /> standards. Contractor shall remove any temporary or portable wiring upon completion of <br /> Work. <br /> F. Temporary Fences and Barricades: Contractor shall provide and maintain all temporary <br /> fences and barricades as required for the Work. Contractor shall remove the above <br /> temporary fences and barricades upon the completion of the Work. <br /> G. Storage: Contractor shall provide temporary storage sheds or other enclosed temporary <br /> structures as required or as deemed necessary by PG&E to protect materials and <br /> equipment stored on the work site. Contractor shall remove the above temporary storage <br /> structures prior to the completion of Work. <br />
