Ensure that designated operators performing <br />monthly inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />301 HSC 25292.1 UST system is not operated to prevent unauthorized release, including spills and overfills. <br />The fuel filters in UDCs NR-1 and NR-2 are not contained within the secondary containment (under dispenser <br />containments) for the dispenser piping. The underground storage tank system shall be operated to prevent <br />unauthorized releases. Immediately make all necessary alterations to provide secondary containment or meet all <br />applicable Title 23 requirements for a UST system, under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Page 6 of 9
