They have pest control. She was not aware <br /> of other issues on complaint. <br /> Observations: Saw rat droppings at several floor areas through out entire facility and a small amount on top of boxes at dry <br /> storage. Walk in floors are in complete disrepair and floors are muddy. Did not see raw chicken on bowl at cooks line. Did see <br /> potentially hazardous foods at room temperature since the walk in cooler was out of service. <br /> Corrections: see report. Will return today when manager calls me and in a week for re-inspection <br /> Call me immediately after walk in cooler is repaired and running at 41 F or lower since you need a re-inspection to verify <br /> compliance. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
