Complete electrical system for submersible turbine pumps including all sub-pump <br /> relays and emergency shut off. <br /> 2. Complete electrical systems for tank leak detection and monitoring. <br /> 3. Conduit for future tank level sensor and card/key system. <br /> 4. Dispenser control wiring and electrical. <br /> A. STANDARDS AND CODES: <br /> 1. Materials, workmanship and testing shall conform to standards of NEMA, IEEE, <br /> NFPA, and USAIA. <br /> 2. Standards of the National Board of Fire Underwriters as set forth in the <br /> National Eelctrical Code, NFPA 70. <br /> 3. Title 24, Part 3, of the California Administrative Code. Rules and Regulations <br /> of the California State Fire Marshal and California State Division of Industrial <br /> Safety. <br /> B. TESTS: The system as a whole shall be given a final full load test with all motors <br /> and equipment in operation. Any equipment shaven defective in testing shall be <br /> replaced by CONTRACTOR without additional cost to the Owner. The test shall be made <br /> in the presence of the Engineer or his authorized representative and shall be to his <br /> entire satisfaction. <br /> C. MATERIALS: All materials delivered to the job shall be new, best quality of their <br /> respective grades, packed in their original containers. <br /> 1. CONDUIT AND FITTINGS: <br /> a. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: <br /> 1. Conduit manufactured under supervision of UL Factory Inspection and <br /> Label Service, with UL label and manufacturer's name on each length of <br /> conduit. <br /> 2. FITTINGS: Conform to same requirements as conduit, except as specified <br /> herein. <br /> b. RIGID STEEL CONDUIT: <br /> 1. Standard weight, threaded, zinc coated on outside by hot dipping, <br /> sherardizing or metallizing process, with protective finish coating on <br /> outside and inside. <br /> 2. FITTINGS: Threaded type, steel or malleable iron; set screw type or <br /> threadless type not acceptable. <br />
