It is only a catch basin (about 1'xl'xl') <br /> with no outlet. <br /> -The two hand wash sinks in the kitchen have both been supplied with paper towel in permanent dispensers, the soap <br /> dispensers cleaned and filled with new soap. <br /> -The clogged 3-comp sink outside the ice maker has been removed and the line capped. The sink may be reinstalled later <br /> by owner. <br /> -Permit suspension has been lifted. Facility may return to operation. <br /> -Reinspection for the remaining minor violations noted on the Routine Inspection Report will be conducted on 12/28/2015 or <br /> later. <br /> A copy of this report will be emailed to Champ Patel. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
