Repair to provide cleanable and <br />non-absorbent surface. <br />One dipper well not on, and the water there is murky at 70 F. Immediately wash and sanitize scoops and continue to do so <br />regularly, provide running water, ensure water in well is clean. EHD has recommend storing scoops in clean water ice <br />instead of dipper well to better meet water conservation and prevention of bacterial growth. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair.
