Waste Discharge Monitoring <br /> The Discharger shall monitor all wastes discharged to the Class H surface impoundments on a monthly <br /> basis and report the results in the quarterly Detection Monitoring Reports : <br /> Table 1 - Waste Discharge Monitoring <br /> Parameters Units FrequencX <br /> Quantity Discharged gallons Monthly <br /> Remaining Capacity acre-feet Monthly <br /> Minimum Freeboard Ft. & Tenths Monthly <br /> 2 .
