The Report provides the rationale for a low risk <br /> closure, was written in compliance with Appendix A — Reports, Tri - Regional Board Staff <br /> Recommendations for Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation of Underground Tank Sites, <br /> and was submitted in response to my letter dated 10 August 2011 , which requested a closure <br /> report. <br /> Effective immediately, groundwater monitoring is suspended at this site. In order to conduct <br /> public participation and to continue the closure process, by 18 November 2011 please provide <br /> the following draft documents by email attachment to my email address below: <br /> A site map showing all property parcels within 1 ,000' of the site, <br /> A list of the property owners and tenants with the parcel numbers and mailing addresses, <br /> and <br /> A one page draft MS Word document fact sheet, summarizing the case, stating that the <br /> case is being considered for closure, and that comments must be addressed to me (use <br /> my contact information in this letter) in writing (mail or email) within 30 days. <br /> After my review and acceptance of the above documents, you will be directed to begin the <br /> public participation mailings, and to also mail one copy of the fact sheet to me for the case file <br /> and to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department for their comments.
