Three monitoring wells were <br /> also installed at this time to assess possible impacts to ibroundwater. <br /> if <br /> PHSIEHD filed a UAR on May 4, 1988, indicating that tl a discharge was stopped on <br /> August 13, 1986 with the removal of the tank, that site investigation was in progress <br /> and that the three monitoring wells which were installed-I'did not detect groundwater <br /> contamination.
