Stantec <br /> Quarterly Groundwater Status Summary Report Fourth Quarter 2011 <br /> Chevron and ARCO Commingled Plume No. CP0034 <br /> February 2, 2012 <br /> 3.0 MONITORING AND SAMPLING <br /> 3.1 WORK PERFORMED <br /> Stantec submitted the Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report Third Quarter 2011 on <br /> October 26, 2011. <br /> 3.2 MONITORING AND SAMPLING PROCEDURES <br /> Due to the current Site sampling frequency, no groundwater monitoring and sampling event was <br /> performed during 4Q11. <br /> 3.3 WASTE DISPOSAL <br /> No groundwater monitoring and sampling event was performed during 4Q11; however, <br /> investigation derived waste (IDW) purged water generated during groundwater sampling is <br /> stored on site in California State Department of Transportation approved 55-gallon drums <br /> pending the results of laboratory analyses. IDW is transported under manifest and disposed of <br /> at an appropriate state-certified disposal facility. <br /> 4.0 MONITORING AND SAMPLING DATA AND RESULTS <br /> 4.1 GROUNDWATER MONITORING DATA ANALYSIS <br /> Due to the current Site sampling frequency, no groundwater monitoring and sampling event was <br /> performed during 4Q11. <br /> 4.2 GROUNDWATER SAMPLE ANALYSIS <br /> No groundwater samples were collected during 4Q11. <br /> 4.3 REMEDIAL SYSTEM STATUS <br /> The remediation system located on the ARCO property was shutdown on April 12, 2007 with the <br /> approval of SJCEHD.
