I <br /> perform (the "Plan"). Upon receipt of written approval by Licensor of the Drawing and the Plan, <br /> Licensee may commence the Work in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. <br /> 2. Reports. Licensee shall provide to Licensor copies of any and all (a) reports, — <br /> assessments, conclusions or findings ("Reports") which provide the basis of the Work to be <br /> I <br /> performed, (b) Reports describing the results of any testing or any other Work conducted on, <br /> I <br /> relating to or affecting the Motel 6 Property, and (c) copy of any remediation plan which may be <br /> developed or implemented as a result of Licensee's activity. <br /> 3. Term. Chevron's right of access to the Property to perform the Activities shall <br /> i <br /> continue for the greater period of one year from the date of execution of this Agreement by <br /> Owner, or in the event that monitor well is placed on the property for such period of time as <br /> Chevron is required by any government agency with jurisdiction to continue to sample said wells, <br /> i <br /> and shall terminate when Chevron is permitted by said agency to remove the monitor wells. <br /> Chevron shall as soon as reasonably practicable restore the surface of the Property to a condition <br /> which is as reasonably close as possible to the condition which existed immediately prior to <br /> Chevron's entry thereon, including but not limited to the repair of any damage to landscaping, <br /> irrigation, electrical, soil or other areas of the Property. <br /> 4. Insurance. In lieu of insurance coverage, Chevron maintains a self-administered <br /> i <br /> claims program with respect to its duties hereunder. Chevron shall require contractors who <br /> perform the Work under this Agreement to maintain liability insurance coverage in accordance <br /> with Chevron's standard practices. Chevron's contractors shall name Owner as an additional <br /> insured. At a minimum the Chevron contractor maintains the following <br /> (a) Worker's Compensation Insurance providing benefits as required by applicable <br /> law and Employer's Liability Insurance of no less than $1,000,000; <br /> (b) Comprehensive General Liability Insurance with a single minimum limit of <br /> $1,000,000 per occurrence for Bodily Injury and Property Damage; and <br /> 2 <br /> 1 <br />
