ria \ }i k I � I \ t I ♦ � liti ♦ �l i \ 1 1 ! � � ♦ tit [ t \ ♦ i � i,, r` .rr 6 W� Tank Condition IV At 1103 the Tank#1 (6,000 gallon,sing)e-walled) was measured and inspected No holes, significant corrosion or broken seams were observed after the dirt was scraped from the tank surface The tank diameter was 96", the length was 18'and the tank contained no visible holes A sign was posted on the tank which read, "Tank has contained flammable liquids not gas free and not auitable for food or drinking water" The tank was installed in 1968 Tank#1 previously contained unleaded gasoline After 1147 Tank#2 (8,000 gallon, single-walled) was inspected No holes, significant corrosion or broken seams were observed after dirt was scraped from the tank surface The tank was found to measure 95 5" by 22'1". A sifn was posted on the tank which read,"rank has contained flammable liquids not gas free and not suitable for food ordnnlang water." The tank was installed in 1968 Tank#2 previously contained leaded gasoline After 11 14 Tank#3(10,000 gallon, single-walled)was inspected No holes, significant corrosion or broken seams were observed after dirt was scraped from the tank surface The tank was found to measure 95 5" in diameter with a 27'length A sign was posted on the tank which read, "Tank has contained flammable liquids not gas free and not suitable for food or drinking water" The tank was installed in 1968 �. Tank#3 previously contained unleaded gasoline After 12 01 Tank#4(1,000 gallon,single-walled)was inspected No holes, significant corrosion or broken seams were observed after dirt was scraped from the tank surface The tank was found to measure 12'by 46" A sign was posted on the tank which read, "Tank has contained flammable liquids not gas free and not suitable for food or drinking water" The tank was installed in 1968 Tank#4 previously contained waste oil There were no releases from the tanks during the excavation and removal
