Therefore, on 5 June 2001, staff requested Flag City Chevron to connect to municipal water, and properly destroy RDW-1 by 31 December 2001. In our 8 August 2001 Quarterly Monitoring Report review letter,we restated this request, and asked for a plan of work to destroy RDW-1 by 24 September 2001. The complete workplan for well destruction of RDW-1 was submitted by AGE on behalf of BFLP on 26 November 2001, and on 29 November 2001,we approved the workplan for destruction.
