(209) 939-9790 <br /> Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00040776 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint. <br /> MEAT IN BIG STORAGE BUCKETS, NO COOLER, MEAT BEING SERVED TO CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. COMPLAINANT <br /> ALLEGES THAT"THIS WAS SPOTTED IN THE EVENING AND MORNING'. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public <br /> health and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --.LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> -The meat dept rooms are refrigerated. Current temperature is at 53 F. <br /> -Did not see employees serving meat from buckets at this time <br /> -Observed meat in buckets that are being prepped. The temperatures of the meat being prepped is at 30-41 F. <br /> -Observed large bins of meat. Manager states they just arrived and has been sitting there for an hour <br /> -Manager states it takes about 45 min to prep the meat and then they are placed back into the cooler <br /> -Manager states they only sell from the coolers <br /> Complete food prep within 2 hrs of taking it out of temp or adjust the room to 41 F or below. Continue selling meat at the corrE <br /> holding temperatures. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
