Willis, Black & Veatch <br /> The preconstruction conference for Phase I construction of the <br /> subsurface soil flushing system was held on Monday, April 8, 1991, at <br /> 8:30 a.m. , in the second floor conference room of Marley Cooling Tower <br /> Company's (MCTC) facility offices located at 150 N. Sinclair Avenue, <br /> Stockton, California. A copy of the meeting agenda and the meeting <br /> attendance record is attached for your reference. <br /> I. INTRODUCTIONS <br /> The meeting was conducted by Mr. Craig Willis, Project Engineer for <br /> Black & Veatch. After each attendee introduced themselves by name and <br /> organization, Mr. Willis identified the key project participants at the <br /> site as follows: <br /> Owner's Stockton Representative: Tony Calestini <br /> Engineer' s Project Representative: Mike Williams <br /> Layne's Project Safety Officers: Tracy Collings, Sandra Trower <br /> Layne's Driller: Mark Westhoff <br /> II . ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS <br /> Mr. Willis indicated that although wood treating operations had been <br /> discontinued, Layne was to accommodate MCTC traffic and personnel in <br /> the vicinity of the construction activities as practical . Mr. Willis <br /> also advised Layne personnel that the wood treating building restroom <br /> and the water treatment plant telephone could be used by site personnel <br /> during construction. <br /> Mr. Tony Calestini , MCTC's Plant Engineer, requested that storage of <br /> equipment, supplies, and vehicles should be limited to areas north and <br /> south of the retort pit. Mr. Calestini indicated that storage west of <br /> the retorts should be limited. <br />
