t _ Page 3 of 3 +
600 East Main Street
Stockton,California 95202
Phone: (209)468-9852
Fax: (209)468-3433
Email: ttccarhneyrr?sjeekij.,.cm
From: Bill Cook [mailto:bcook@condorearth.com]
Sent: Friday, November 20, 2009.9:39 AM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Subject: Channel Street
I wanted to confirm something with you. Specifically, that we are not required to include, with
the work plan, approved encroachment and revocable permits from the City of Stockton, for
the wells on city sidewalks.
The proposed wells to be placed off the property, near the intersection of Grant and Channel,
would be approved in the work plan. But they would be installed if justified based on the
results of drilling or analysis of MCN-5 on the property_ The permits would cost$5978.26
($905.57 revocable+$572.69 encroach ment+$1 500 bond/well times three). If the wells were
not installed, then the City would return the bond but not the application and processing fees.
I don't want to spend $1478.26 before drilling and analyzing MW-5, unless you need those
documents to approve the work plan..
This message is intended for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed, and may contain information that is
privileged, confidential and exempt from disclosure under applicable law.Any unauthorized use, distribution,or disclosure
is strictly prohibited,If you have received this message in error, please notify sender immediately and destroy/delete the
original transmission.
This message is intended for the use of the individual or entity to which,it is addressed, and may contain information that is
.privileged, confidential and exempt from disclosure under applicable law.Any unauthorized use, distribution,or disclosure is strictly
prohibited.
