(TRMI) at the above-referenced site. <br /> During April and May, 1989 , GTI drilled 5 soil borings and drilled <br /> and installed 5 groundwater monitoring wells (MWs) at the site. <br /> After groundwater monitoring and sampling, GTI proposed that ten <br /> additional monitoring wells be installed to continue the inves- <br /> tigation (Figure 1, Attachment I) . Two of the proposed wells are <br /> located on the Texaco site and two wells are located on City of <br /> Stockton property. The remaining six proposed monitoring wells are <br /> located on the land of private property owners. <br /> TRMI has provided GTI a license agreement, which was sent to <br /> property owners, requesting permission to access, install and <br /> monitor groundwater wells on their property. These license <br /> agreements had been mailed to the respective property owners during <br /> Offices throughout the U.S., Canada and Overseas <br /> Western offices is Tempe, AZ; Concord, CA; Sacramento, CA; San Diego. CA; <br /> Torrance, CA; Ventura, CA;Englewood, CO ; Renton, WA <br />
