The request for <br /> this backg,ound information was made by the insurance carrier of the party <br /> proposing the development of the site. That same insurance carrier also <br /> specified the areas to be sampled and the analytical procedures to be <br /> undertaken. <br /> This report describes the environmental sampling and documentation performed <br /> j by our firm on this project. In addition to the text of tilp Sampling Report, <br /> supporting documents are provided as a0Z6hments. Thepe include the chain of <br /> custody and the certified analytical I,-tborstory report.
