<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Multiple mice droppings along baseboards in kitchen, under 3-comp sink, under and on bottom tray of
<br /> movable prep table, and among boxes at dry storage; multiple dead cockroaches and other insects inside glue trap. Owner
<br /> stated they've been using Clarke for cockroach and rodent problems about once a month. Provide more pest control,
<br /> remove all food source including build-up behind equipment, and vermin-proof facility. Re-inspection in 2 weeks.

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:A bottle of Ace roach/insecticide, hydrogen peroxide, and other cleaning chemicals stored under prep
<br /> table along with food items(i.e cinnamon powder). Immediately remove insecticide from facility and cease using any
<br /> non-food grade pest control chemicals, and store all other cleaning/first-aid chemicals separately from food to protect food
<br /> from contamination.
