Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Did not observe any release of water and oil to ground. Observed two empty tubs which owner does use occasionally to <br /> clean hood filters and the liquid generated is disposed to grease settling tank (with sanitary sewer lid) next to store according <br /> to manager. Manager has to call AAA Septic to pump out tank about once 2 months. Remind owner to dispose liquid more <br /> frequently, and use plastic fitting lid cover to prevent over fill (i.e. when it rains) <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
