ATC Associates has obtain off-site access <br /> from the owner of the property located east of the subject site across EI Dorado Street and has <br /> prepared drilling permits required by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> Due to the drilling contractor's schedule, the work will not be completed by July 15, 2005. The <br /> cone penetration test (CPT) drilling is scheduled for July 18, 2005. The monitoring well <br /> installation activities will be conducted subsequent to the CPT drilling, and the location of the <br /> new monitoring wells will be based on evaluation of the laboratory results associated with <br /> groundwater samples collected during the CPT activities. Consequently, I respectfully request an <br /> extension of September 31, 2005, to submit a report of the groundwater investigation.
