J&L Market 23 January 2002 <br /> 8125 South E1 Dorado Street -2 - <br /> • <br /> 2 - <br /> Purge and sample the on-site domestic well. <br /> • Provide a cumulative table or tables to show all soil and groundwater samples collected and analyzed at <br /> this site,including tank removal and soil excavation/confirmation samples. <br /> • Provide a time schedule to complete this work. <br /> All groundwater samples must be analyzed for TPHg by EPA Method 8015/826013,BTEX by EPA Method <br /> 8020/826013, and for MtBE,TBA,DIPE,TAME,ETBE,ethanol,methanol, 1,2-dichloroethane, and ethylene <br /> dibromide by EPA Method 8260B. The monitoring wells and the on-site domestic well sample must also be <br /> analyzed for TPH as diesel by EPA Method 8015. <br /> All workplans and reports must be submitted to this office and to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Division(County)to document soil and groundwater investigation activities completed during this and future <br /> characterization events. The County will need to be kept informed of the results of this investigation, and all <br /> local drilling permits must be obtained through the County prior to beginning work. <br /> Please notify me at least five business days prior to any site work or sampling to schedule an inspection <br /> appointment.
