2.3.3 Wastewater <br /> There are no apparent wastewater discharge points on the property. <br /> 2.3.4 Wells <br /> Based on the site reconnaissance, there are no wells onsite. <br /> 2.3.5 Septic Systems <br /> There are no indications of onsite septic systems or cesspools resulting from current <br /> operations at the site. <br /> 2.4 Environmental Liens <br /> There are no reported environmental liens or government notifications relating to past or <br /> current violations of environmental laws with respect to the site. <br /> 2.5 Current Uses of the Property <br /> The property is currently used as a parking lot. During the site visit, the lot was near <br /> capacity. There was an attendant on duty in the attendant station, which is the only structure <br /> on the site. The property surrounding the site is primarily commercial and includes banks, <br /> hotels, restaurants, parking garages, and office buildings. <br /> 2.6 Past Uses of the Property <br /> The earliest records available show that the site was already developed in 1895. At that <br /> time, there were some commercial uses (warehouses and restaurants) and some residences on <br /> _ the property. By the mid-1920's, there was a fertilizer company on the property. Records <br /> from the mid-1940's show a print shop on the property. By 1950, there was a gas station on <br /> the northeast comer of the site. <br /> 2.7 Current and Past Uses of Adjoining Properties <br /> Currently, the properties adjacent to the site are primarily commercial and include banks, <br /> hotels,restaurants,parking lots, and office buildings. Across Weber Avenue to the north is a parking <br /> lot,which is on pilings above the Stockton Channel. Due east of the site on El Dorado Street is Bank <br /> of America. The area south of the site has a commercial building along El Dorado Street and a <br /> parking lot along Center Street Due west of the site, across Center Street, is a Days Inn Motel. <br /> South of the Days Inn, there is a restaurant that is closed down.
