Code of Regs. <br /> on or about February 10, 1994 , Ad-Art violated Section <br /> 66264 . 32 (c) , Title 22 , Cal. Code of Regs. , in that a safety <br /> eyewash/shower was not located near a hazardous waste <br /> storage area, to wit: There was not a safety eyewash/shower <br /> located near the drum storage area. <br /> 8 . Section 66262 . 11, Title 22 , Cal. Code of Regs. <br /> On or about February 10, 1994 , Ad-Art violated Section <br /> 66262 . 11, Title 22 , Cal. Code of Regs. , in that Ad-Art <br /> failed to determine if a waste was a hazardous waste, to <br /> wit: Ad-Art did not make a waste determination on light <br /> ballasts that were scattered in substantial numbers <br /> throughout the "junk yard" . Light ballasts which contain <br /> polychlorinated biphenyls are considered hazardous in <br /> Appendix X, Chapter 11, Cal. Code of Regs. <br /> VIOLATIONS OBSERVED ON AUGUST 20 , 1992 : <br /> 1. Section 25189 . 5 (d) , Division 20, Health and Safety Code. <br /> On or about August 20, 1992 , Ad-Art violated Section <br /> 25189 . 5 (d) , Division 20, Health and Safety Code, in that <br /> hazardous waste was stored on-site in excess of 90 days as <br /> evidence by: <br /> a. Approximately 16 drums of hazardous waste were stored <br /> with no accumulation dates. <br /> b. Approximately three drums of hazardous waste were <br /> labeled hazardous waste with an accumulation date of <br /> February 27 , 1992 . <br /> C.
