GEss <br /> GENESIS ENGINEERING&REDEVELOPMENT <br /> 4.3 Public Participation <br /> To comply with participation requirements for the RAW, GE&R will: <br /> • Develop a community profile <br /> • Publish a notice of RAW availability <br /> • Make the RAW accessible at the DTSC's office,website, and in the local <br /> information repository <br /> • Respond to public comments received on the RAW <br /> The community profile describes the Site and provides demographics for the area. GE&R <br /> will publish a notification of RAW availability in a regularly circulated newspaper(Manteca <br /> Bulletin), and will provide DTSC with a mailing list of potentially impacted residents. <br /> Residents on the site mailing list will receive a fact sheet describing the Site and Site <br /> activities. <br /> The draft RAW will be available in the DTSC's Sacramento office,on DTSC's publicly <br /> accessible EnviroStor database, and in the local information repository (Manteca Public <br /> Library). There will be a 30 day period for public comment on the RAW. GE&R will <br /> respond to all public comments received on the RAW during the comment period. <br /> The RAW will be revised as necessary to address the comments received. If there are <br /> significant changes to the RAW, it will be resubmitted for public review and comment. If <br /> significant changes are not required, the modified RAW will be submitted to the DTSC for <br /> approval. <br /> 4.4 Administrative Record List <br /> The administrative record is all the documents that were relied upon when selecting a <br /> removal action. The record will identify reports, data, policies, guidance, correspondence, <br /> journals, and other documents used to write the RAW. The Administrative Records List can <br /> be found in Appendix E. <br /> 5.0 REMOVAL ACTION IMPLEMENTATION <br /> The Removal Action will include excavation and disposal of soil and ash from thirteen AOC <br /> as defined in Arcadis (2012). As detailed in the sections below,the major components of the <br /> Removal Action are: <br /> • Excavation and temporary stockpiling of soils that exceed regulatory screening <br /> criteria(i.e. CHSSLs, ESLs, RSLs, or background) <br /> Former Gordon Research Company Property 13 of 20 <br /> Removal Action Workplan <br /> June 2017 <br />
