FINDINGS
Ground water elevations,flow direction, and gradient were determined from field data collectedon
'. 03 February 2005. The contaminant'impact to ground water was quantified by'laboratoi-v analytical
data:
3.1. ' GROUND WATER GRADIENT AND FLOW DIRECTION
At.the time of the February 2005 sampling event, depths to ground water at the,site ranged from
28.00 feet(MW-3)to 28.38 feet(MW-1)below the tops of the Well casings. Ground water elevation
' at.the site averaged approximately 19.43 feet below mean sea level (MSL), indicating an average
increase in•ground water elevation of 1.39.feet since the last monitoring 'event in November 2004.
Ground.water elevation data is-included in Table 1. '
Ground water flow direction Was calculated from'the well elevation data. The ground'water was ;
inferred to'flow-southwest under a hydraulic gradient -of approximately 0.008 foot/foot (ft/ft).
1' Figure 3 illustrates'the,contoured ground water elevations as measured on 03 February 2005. ;
'3.2.
