All well casing <br /> will be steam cleaned prior to installatien. <br /> ('< o A twelve-inch diameter borehole will be drilled for the <br /> monitoring well to be used for aquifer testing. A capped <br /> six-inch diameter Schedule 40 PVC well screen and casing <br /> with a 0.020-inch slat screen size will be installed <br /> through the hollow stem auger. <br /> i, <br /> o A sand pack consisting of washed sand will be placed in <br /> the annulus of the borehole to a depth approximately two <br /> feet above the top of the slotted casino. A conservative <br /> sand size will be chosen to reduce the amount of sediment <br /> entering the well..
