As part of the on-site investigation, <br /> representatives of San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) have requested that ARCO extend the limits of the environmental <br /> investigation to nearby properties. <br /> This letter is to request your authorization for Delta and our subcontractors to drill two soil <br /> boring and possibly install two 4"x 120' groundwater monitoring wells on your property, <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor parcel number 209-100-24. The parcel is located at <br /> 26106 South Patterson Pass Road, Tracy, California.
