BACKFILLING EXCAVATION t <br /> The basic plan for backfiiling of the UST excavation was communicated to Mr Steve Sasson of the <br /> PHS-EHD by letter from-AGE dated 07 April 1997 In brief, sufficient imported backfill material <br /> was to be brought in and utilized to fill the lower 5 feet of the excavation, after which stockpiled soil <br /> on-site was to be utilized to complete the backfill procedure The area was to be paved with asphalt <br /> following completion of the backfill <br /> I <br /> Backfilling of the excavation took place in April 1997 and was performed by DSS Construction <br /> Advanced GeoEnNironmentai,Inc <br /> n <br />
