A review of the State <br /> Water Board's GeoTracker database indicates that you have not claimed your site and none <br /> of the required electronic data deliverables have been submitted. Be advised that submission <br /> of site data to the GeoTracker database was required starting in September 2001. Submission <br /> to the State Water Board's GeoTracker database is required by Title 23 and Title 27 the <br /> California Code of Regulations. <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff expects you to claim your site within 45 days of the date of <br /> this letter, and to submit delinquent items within 90 days of the date of this letter. <br /> All documents, including work plans, correspondence, monitoring reports, <br /> investigation/cleanup reports, etc.; and all analytical and site data must be electronically <br /> uploaded to the State Water Board's Geotracker database at the time the paper copy is <br /> submitted to this office. <br /> As a Responsible Party (RP), you have two options regarding claiming your site and <br /> procedures for electronic reporting responsibilities; 1) to claim the site in Geotracker yourself, <br /> or 2) to authorize secondary access to allow an authorized RP agent (usually your consultant) <br /> to submit compliance data on your behalf for your site. <br /> Option 1 <br /> You claim the site in Geotracker, by performing the following actions: <br /> a. Create a Geotracker account via the following steps: <br /> i. Go to http l/w\Atw.waterboards.ca.gov/ust/electronic submittal/index.shtml <br /> ii. Scroll down to the "Getting Started" section and click on "Login or Request a <br /> Password" <br /> iii. Click on "Password Request". <br /> iv. Complete the online form (for "User Type" choose "Responsible Party The <br /> username is not case sensitive, the password IS case sensitive.) <br /> v.
