In the event unusual odors or soil discoloration is noted in these areas the signatories of <br /> this report should be contacted. <br /> 16. Eagles Automotive (Castellons INC.), located at 4283 N. Wilson Way, adjacent to the south- <br /> southeast of the subject site appears on the RCRIS-SQG, FINDS, and EMI databases. The <br /> facility is on the RCRIS-SQG and FINDS databases due to a small quantity generator. No <br /> violations were found for the site. The facility is also listed on the Emissions Inventory Data <br /> database. No violations were found for the site; Based on this information it does not appear that <br /> this facility poses an environmental concern to the site. <br /> ' 17. Valley Auto Repair, located at 4055 N Wilson Way, adjacent to the east of the subject site <br /> appears on the HAZNET, CA FID UST, and LUST and Cortese databases. The facility is listed on <br /> the HAZNET database due to metal sludge (alkaline solution with metals), hydrocarbon solvents, <br /> ' and oxygenated solvents, which are disposed of at a transfer station and a recycler. The facility is <br /> listed on the CA FID UST database due to an inactive underground storage tank. The facility is <br /> listed on the LUST and Cortese database due to a leaking underground storage tank. The <br /> ' chemical is reported as regular gasoline and was discovered during tank closure. The case was <br /> closed on March 19, 1996 and is reported as effecting soil only. See SJC/EHD in section 4.2 for <br /> additional information. Based on this status, the facility is not expected to pose an environmental <br /> ' concern to the site. <br /> 18. D A Parrish & Sons (Parrish Inc .), located at 4000 N Wilson Way, <br /> 1500 feet southeast of the <br /> subject side appears on the LUST, Cortese, and CA FID UST databases. The facility is listed on <br /> the LUST and Cortese databases due to a leaking underground storage tank. The leak was <br /> discovered during closure of the tank on November 20, 1993. The chemical was waste oil and <br /> impacted soil only. The case was closed on September 6, 1994. The facility appears on the CA <br /> FID UST facility due to and active underground storage tank. See SJC/EHD in section 4.2 for <br /> ' additional information. Based upon this status, it does not appear that this facility poses an <br /> environmental concern to the site. <br /> 19. Coyner Equipment, located at 4020 Newton Road, approximately 1600 feet east of the subject <br /> site appears on the HIST UST, CA FID UST, HAZNET, LUST, and Cortese databases. The facility <br /> appears on the HIST UST due to three underground storage tanks. The facility is listed as a gas <br /> station. Tank one is a 10000-gallon diesel tank, which was installed in 1968. Tank two is a 5000- <br /> gallon regular gasoline tank, which was installed in 1968. Tank three is a 6000-gallon tank, which <br /> was installed in 1975. The type of fuel is not reported for the third tank. The facility is listed in the <br /> CA FID UST database due to an inactive underground tank. Coyner equipment is listed under the <br /> ' HAZNET database due to unspecified solvent mixture waste, which is disposed of at a recycler. <br /> The facility is listed in the LUST and Cortese databases due to a leaking underground storage <br /> tank. The chemical involved is gasoline and effected soil only when discovered. The case was <br /> closed in 11/27/1996. See SJC/ EHD in section 4.2 for additional information.
