If the PAR cannot be submitted due to insufficient <br /> data, a work plan to continue the investigation is due by December 1,2000. The <br /> purge and disposal method for petroleum contaminated groundwater may be tested during <br /> the investigative phase and the report of findings is to be submitted by January 15, 2001 if it <br /> is not included in the PAR <br /> Manyprevious PHS-EHD correspondences have directed TOSCO-BP to identify ALL of <br /> the traffic boxes and casings located on this site. Unidentified PVC casings remain inside of <br /> unlocked traffic boxes. You are hereby directed to identify the casings, accurately map <br /> their location,and submit information that reveals their purpose and specifications. <br /> The results of the traffic box-casing identification is to be either in the PAR or the in the <br /> work plan due by December 1,2000.
