Repair contractor shall field verify all dimensions before beginning fabrication. 1. Operations shall contact the Tank coordinator when the tank is ready to be cleaned. 2. After the tank is emptied,LOTO shall be written and submitted by the Operations/Maintenance. 3. Tank shall be de-gaged by special means(vapor combustion,vapor recovery,carbon filter processing, chemical additive)d required by Federal Regulations or local requirements. 4. Tank shall be opened and contractor cleaning company shall remove remaining lank bottom sediment. S. Any leftover solid material shall be tested and placed in segregated rolloff boxes. Boxes shall be provided by Heritage and testing&disposal will be arranged by Heritage. 6. Tank cloning shall include removal of water,oil,and debris from floating roof,tank bottom,and lower shell. 1. Tank#7 will require an API 653 Out-0I-Servke inspection after the tank is cleaned.The inspection shall be completed In accordance with API 653 and SP Pipelines Inspection guideline. 2. The Inial Inspection shall be performed by BP designated contract inspectors. 3. Settlement survey of perimeter shell and internal bottom shall be performed. 4. The internal bottom,shell,welds, bottom side of floating roof,and all internal components shall be Inspected. 5. UT thickness readings shall be obtained on the bottom,cone roof,shell,and nozzles. 6. A revision to this Job Noe shall be generated after the inspection results are reviewed. 7. A schedule/timeline shall be made after Job Note is defined. External and Internal Pictures • • • After tank is completed external and internal pktures shall be taken for future records. Ultrasonic Thickners Readinas(BP Inspection) • • •• BP authorized inspector Shap take UT thickness readings on floor,shell,all nozzles,and roof. Strapping • • After all repalm are completed the tank shall be strapped. A copy of the strapping shall be sent to operattons,engineer and Inspection department Post Renoir Inspection After all repairs are performed a post-repair inspection shall be performed by the Inspection Contractor that performed the Initial Inspection.The post+epair inspection shall include Inspection of all items identifled as requiring repairs in the initial inspection.A Post-Repair Inspection Report shall verify that all repairs were completed and that the tank is fit to return to service. Wrap-Up(Final Walk Through) When this Job Note and all revisions are complete,Operations and the Tank Coordinator shall field verify that all items listed In this Job Note and revisions are satisfactorily completed and that all housekeeping is completed. The final walk through checklist shall be completed by all applicable partes. Realm to Service Checklist The Return to Service Checklist shall be completed to verify that the lank Is really to return to service and that tank Is operating as expected upon initial return to service.
