The existing gauge hatch is missing a seal.A new compatible seal shall be installed in the gauge hatch or the <br /> existin hatch shall be removed and replaced with a new hatch included a seal. <br /> 2. 1 -• The completed repair shall be visually inspected by a BP representative. <br /> Tank Gauge System & High Level Alarm System Repairs <br /> Tank Gauge Svstem Repairs <br /> 1. The tank gauge system shall be serviced in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations.The gauge <br /> float, elbow sheaves, and cable shall be inspected, serviced, repaired and replaced as required.The entire <br /> system shall be serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. <br /> 2. The tank au a system shall be checked for proper operation. <br /> 3. 1 -• The completed work shall be visually inspected by a BP representative. <br /> High Level Alarm System Rsoairs <br /> 1. The Level Detector and High 1 High-High Level Switches shall be serviced In accoroance with manufaolurers <br /> recommendations. The detector and switches shall be inspected, serviced, repaired and replaced as <br /> required.The entire system shall be serviced in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations.This <br /> work shall be performed by Others. <br /> 2. The Level Detector and switches shall be checked for proper operation by Others. <br /> 3. WROMi The completed work shall be visually inspected by a BP representative. <br /> Miscellaneous Structural Repairs <br /> Roof Access Repairs (ITEM 171 CODE 5)(CHAHGE—Rev.1) <br /> 1. The existing caged ladder is comingled with the existing roof handrails resulting in an awkward and unsafe <br /> access to the fixed roof. The existing handrails and the top part of the caged ladder shall be modified to <br /> widen the passage way from the ladder to the fixed roof to provide safe and convenient access to the fixed <br /> roof.The existing handralls shall be modified as required to complete the work. <br /> 2. The enclosed walking surfaces to access roof n=Ies shall be inspected to determine if the roof plate is <br /> sound enough for people M walk on. <br /> 3. 21fir,111-MR The roof surfaces shall be visually inspected(VT)by a BP representative. <br /> 4.
