r . r t : — - --WlI?1ZJUZLV2fl41 get . - POST INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS (Inspection Contractor) Required: Yes No After all repairs are performed,a post-repair Inspection shall be performed by the Inspection Contractor that performed the initial inspection.The post-repair inspection shall include inspection of all items identified as requiring repairs in the initial inspeclion.A Post-Repair-Inspection Report shall verify that all repairs were completed and that the lank is fit to return to service.Post impaction shall consist or below documentations. Initial Out-ofService inspection report: All inspection recommendations shall be completely filled out on the inspection recommendation forms. If inspection recommendations are not noted on the repair job package each item shall be addressed by the SP Tank Specialist of the BP Tank Impaction Authority before signing off. Repair Job Package:A copy of the Repair Job Package will be attached for reference if required during the post inspection. The job package shall be reviewed to determine that all items were noted an the NDE Inspection Package and d any additional repair items were added. NDE Inspection Package: Inspection contractor shall complete the NDE requirements as noted In the inspectian package. If Items in the inspection package require NDE by the repair contractor the inspection contractor shall witty and show all acceptable documentations. If repair contractor performed any NDE and documentation Is not available the Inspection contractor can not signori and shall notify the Job Representative and the Tank Coordinator. Note: If any new noades,new floor or reef Is added Ultrasonic thickness base line readings shall be taken and documented. All reporting noted above shall be completed on site with the TLR reporting lool and shall be downloaded to a FTP site as noted by BP Tank Inspection.The Be Tank Inspection Authority will review all documentation for completion prior to returning tank back to service. POST INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS (Inspection Contractor) Required: Yes M No Tank Strapping After all repairs am completed the tank shall be strapped prior to hydra testing A copy of the strapping shall be sent to operations,engineering and inspection department. Strapping shall be completed in three(3)days or less. POST INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS(Inspection Contractor) (BP Form) Required: Yes No Inspection recommendations from the Initial Inspection AIL inspection recommendations from the initial inspection report shall be completed at this time. All items shall be addressed and signed offprior to approving the final report. When completing the inspection recommendation the inspection contractor shall fill the section"Corrective Action Performed". The BP Tank Inspection Authority will complete the Section"Authorized Inspection Notes".
