Tracy,California.(SW 114,SW 114,Section 18,T3S.,R6.E.(Figure 1). <br /> I The site elevation is approximately 1001 feet above meal sea level(MSL)as depicted on the U.S.Geological <br /> Suave?t,Vernalis,California,Quadrangle(1969:photorevised 1980). The regional slope of the land is toward <br /> the northeast <br /> 2.2 Site H ckground <br /> Ms.Stella Ruiz purchased the property from Mr.Eugene Heitt in May 1986.
