<br /> shall, not be considered in. calculating payments due ',under the
<br /> franchise folk-owing the date the 'Director of Puol.ic Works or his
<br /> designated representative has inspected and approved in writing
<br /> the abandonment work. Tne ownership' of allfranchise property so"" °^

<br /> SECTION 12 : FILING OF ,FRANCHISE TRANSFER:
<br /> Grantee shall rine with the Clerk . of the Board of Supervisors
<br /> within 30 days, duly executed written instruments evidencing any
<br /> sale , transfer, assignment or lease of the franchise or any part
<br /> thereof and assurances , of 'the -i,trAhsferee , assignee ; lessee or .
<br /> sublessee that, they agree to be ,bound 'to the terms and. conditions
<br /> of this Ordinance; provided, however, that the provisions of the
<br /> franchise Shall not require any notice or consent for any f
