Use work-rest <br /> regimens and maintain hydration. <br /> Other Requirements <br /> All decontamination operations that involve confined spaces, supplied air, etc., also <br /> require the task specific training. <br /> 7.4 Sampling Activities Safety Guidelines <br /> I' Hazards/Controls <br /> • When opening drums, check first for pressure. Loosen the retaining ring part- <br /> way and lift lid gently. After insuring that no residual pressure is present, <br /> finish removing retaining ring. <br /> it The need for sampling is often the result of "lack of knowledge" of the <br /> material, implying a somewhat unknown situation.
