(C) ordered black ribs with black bean sauce. (C) became ill about <br /> 4hours later with symptoms of diarrhea. Complainant called doctor for medical advice. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public <br /> health and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTE <br /> I spoke with owner (Wendy) who was not aware of complaint prior to my visit. <br /> Per Wendy there have been no sick employees for the last to weeks. <br /> Ribs come from SJ Distributors in Santa Clara. <br /> Ribs are cut onsite and the froze in the reach-in freezer until ordered. <br /> I observed ribs stored in a plastic bag in freezer. <br /> Black bean sauce is prepared when ribs are ordered. (Black beans placed on ribs). <br /> I observed an order of black beans prepared. Ribs come from freezer then microwaved and cooked. <br /> Black beans are placed on ribs with vegetables during the cooking process. <br /> Final product is at 182F. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
