SYSTEM ALARMS S AND SRVTDO RW <br /> I. High Water Alarm: This indicates that the entrainment separator is full of water and <br /> ether the LIQUID TRANSFER PUMP switch is m the "AUTO" positron or the <br /> pump is not working properly When the red HIGH WATER ALARM light is on, the <br /> blower will shut off immediately and the system will shut off. <br /> 2. Low Air Flow Alarm: This indicates that the system blower is not on or is not <br /> producing enough au flow to run the system.. When the red LOW AIR FLOW <br /> ALARM light is on, the system will shut down after a brief period of time. <br /> 3. High Temperature Alarm: This indicates that the catalyst outlet temperature has <br /> gone above 1150° F If the red HIGH TEMPERATURE ALARM light is on, the <br /> system will shut down after a brief period of time This alarm has to be reset on the <br /> -IGH LIMIT CONTROLLER face when the temperature has dropped below 1150°F <br /> before operation can resume_ <br /> 4. System Off: This indicates that one of the above alarms is activated or the LIMITS <br /> RESET button has not been plashed If the red SYSTEM OFF light is on, the system <br /> will shut down after a brief period of tame. <br /> System Shut Down Procedure: <br /> I ' Lower the Dilution Contro Her set point to 600°F and allow the dilution valve to open <br /> ftfy, the process isolation valve to close fully and the catalyst outlet temperature to <br /> drop to 650°F or less <br /> 2 Turn off the blower by pressing the EIMERGENCY STOP button <br /> 3 Turn the CONTROL POWER switch to the "OFF" position. <br /> 4 Turn the MAIN DISCONNECT to the "OFF"position. <br /> In the event of an emergency, push the EMERGENCY STOP button to the "LN" <br /> position to shut the system off and turn the MAIN DISCONNECT switch to the <br /> "OFF" position.
