Current Food Safety Certificate and Food Handler Cards. <br /> Staff consumes the same food eaten by the complainant. <br /> There has not been any out of the country traveling by employees. <br /> The back of the house hand sink is properly supplied,the front of the house hand sink lacks paper towels(dispenser refilled <br /> during inspection). <br /> Blue gloves are worn when employees handle the raw meat products. Per manager, it the gloves are taken off in a manner to <br /> prevent contamination,the employee may continue to touch handles, etc.without washing their hands.
