E. Inspections/Record Keeping <br /> Facility personnel are continuously onsite and periodically inspect the aboveground storage <br /> tanks, connecting lines, and valves for leaks, cracks, punctures and excessive corrosion. <br /> Inspections are performed and recorded using the inspection checklist included in Appendix <br /> A, Any problems or potential problems from the inspections are immediately reported to the <br /> SPCC Coordinator. Any problems or potential problems are immediately investigated and <br /> corrected under the direction of management and the SPCC Coordinator. A permanent <br /> record of all reported problems and their corrective action is made by the SPCC Coordinator <br /> and kept on file for at least three years. <br /> Fe Site Security <br /> o AST Enclosure-Tank House <br /> The ASTs are housed within two rooms of the locked and secure Tank House located near <br /> the northwest boundary of the facility. The loading/unloading valves and controls are inside <br /> a gated and lockets area along the southern side of the Tank House. The valves are left in a <br /> closed position except when drivers are performing loading/unloading activities. <br /> o Drain Valves Closed <br /> Drain valves in the AST building are kept in the closed position unless need for gencral <br /> house-keeping activities- <br /> 0 Flow Valves Closed <br /> All tank valves are In the closed position except when in use. <br /> o Starter Controls in Off Position <br /> All starter controls are located in a secure area and kept in the off position when not in use. <br /> o Pipeline Loading/Unloading Connections Securely Capped <br /> All pipeline connections are securely capped when not in use. <br /> -9 <br />
