All other utilities are provided on-site by the owner. Sanitary
capabilities are via subsurface septic system. Water is supplied by a 500 gallon per minute
' well. The wells boring log was not available from the seller or San Joaqum County Local
Health District at the time of investigation Currently no City or county sewer system is
' available at this facility. A public water supply is available to this site at considerable
expense for connection.
' Observations made by the assessor during the general inspection in early January 1990
indicated that the entire facility was in need of a riialor maintenance effort to bring the mall
and the grounds into proper repair. The general housekeeping of the facility is fair to
poor. Major cleaning and repairs are recommended prior to be operations at this
site.
' An example of such repairs and servicing is the electrical sub-station located to the east
side of the facility next to the grain towers. This sub-station currently has a potential for
shorting across the legs of the transformer The spill containment is almost non-existent
and would not provide any protection in the event of a transformer spill. The potential for
fire is very high. This system has
100,000 gallon of storage capacity in an above ground split chambered water
storage tower (Figure 3). Water from tie well and storage tower is provided to
both the plant domestic use and fire sprinkle system. Currently the system is being
