hn K L E I N F E L D E R <br /> 3.6 INITIAL REPORTING <br /> Upon completion of the installation of the monitoring wells and receipt of the analytical results, <br /> a report of findings for the sampling will be prepared for client and agency review. The report <br /> will include: <br /> • A description of field activities, observations, and protocols. <br /> • Field logs for each well documenting depth to groundwater, parameters <br /> measured before, during, and after purging, method of purging, calculation of <br /> the casing volume, and total volume of water purged. <br /> • Calculation of groundwater elevations, and assessment of the groundwater flow <br /> direction and gradient on the date of the measurement, comparison to previous <br /> flow direction and gradient data, and discussion of seasonal trends, if any. <br /> A scaled map showing relevant structures and features of the facility, the <br /> locations of the monitoring wells. <br /> • Results of the sample analysis with copies of certified analytical laboratory <br /> results with chain-of-custody documentation; <br /> • Description and documentation of QA/QC procedures employed for field and <br /> laboratory work; and <br /> • An assessment of the results with conclusions and recommendations. <br /> 3.7 ONGOING QUARTERLY MONITORING <br /> Quarterly monitoring of the 2 new groundwater monitoring wells installed in this workplan will <br /> be conducted in accordance with and incorporated into the quarterly schedule of monitoring. <br /> The monitoring wells will be sampled in accordance with the Monitoring and Reporting <br /> Program (M&RP) from the RWQCB, and Meinfelder's Sampling and Analysis Plan dated <br /> April 13, 2001. <br /> 20-4587-02.WP2/2002R489 Page 8 of 12 <br /> Copyright 2002,Kleinfelder,Inc.
