The County of San Joaquin has previously adopted findings of specific economic, social, or other <br /> considerations which make infeasible the mitigation measures and project alternatives identified in <br /> the Final EIR. <br /> Mitigation Measures <br /> The significance of carbon monoxide concentrations and need for mitigation will be determined in <br /> conjunction with final design of each phase of the project. if warranted, mitigation measures will <br /> be incorporated in environmental documents addressing subsequent phases of the project <br /> CULTURAL RESOURCES <br /> Impact: Project construction could result-In disturbance of identified archaeologically significant areas. <br /> Findings: <br /> 3. The County of San Joaquin has previously adopted findings of specific economic, social, or other <br /> considerations which make infeasible the mitigation measures and project altematives identified in <br /> the Final EIR. <br /> Mitigation Measures <br /> CR-1.
