(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: Robert Ellis APN: 191-120-30 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. The 100-year Flood Elevation will be approximately one foot above <br /> natural ground elevation. <br /> Arch Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-war <br /> width of 110 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2.
