Finding: <br /> Based upon the analysis in the EIR,the potential significant impact resulting from continued <br /> demand for County public services and utilities is less than significant and mitigation is not <br /> i required. <br /> Facts in Support of the Finding. <br /> The potential for additional utility and service demand is discussed in Section III.0 of the EIR. <br /> Additional service demands from County police and fire agencies would be minimal and would <br /> occur in an area of relatively low development and with relatively low demand for police and fire <br /> services. Water for dust suppression purposes would be provided by an on-site well. Water for <br /> b project <br /> potable and sanitary use would be provided by bottled water.Wastewater generated y p Ject <br /> personnel and leachate would be transported off-site for disposal. Electrical needs for the project <br /> would be provided by Pacific Gas and Electric. <br /> 4 Transportation and Circulation <br /> a. Accelerated Pavement Deterioration on Study Area Roadways <br /> Potential Significant Impact(D.3): <br /> The project could result in accelerated pavement deterioration on study area roadways. <br /> Finding. <br /> Based upon the analysis in the EIR,the potential significant impact resulting from accelerated <br /> pavement deterioration on study area roadways is less than significant and mitigation is not <br /> required. <br /> Facts in Support of the Finding: <br /> The potential for traffic safety impacts is discussed in Section III.D of the EIR. Based on project <br /> trip generation,the proposed project would not cause substantial degradation of pavement quality, <br /> and the project impact is not considered to be significant. <br /> b.Potential Increase in Traffic Safety Hazards on Nearby Roadways <br /> Potential Significant Impact(D.4): <br /> The project could result in increased traffic safety hazards on study area roadways. <br /> Finding: <br /> Based upon the analysis in the EIR,the potential significant impact resulting from increased <br /> safety traffic hazards is less than significant and mitigation is not required. <br /> 8 <br />
