Approve the Revisions of Approved Actions application for approved Quarry Excavation <br /> Permit No. QX-91.5 based on the previously adopted Findings and subject to the previously <br /> approved Conditions of Approval and revised Condition of Approval No. 2.c. contained in the <br /> staff report. <br /> Conditions <br /> Condition No. 2.c. shall be revised as follows: <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> C. If the dant entrance is placed, on Blewett Road. Blewett Road shall be reconstructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for a 50-foot-wide right-of-way rural road from Bird Road <br /> to the cif► entrance. Bird Road shall be reconstructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for a 68-flet-wee 50-foot-wide right-of-way rural road from the west Rain <br /> entrance to <br /> Riad to State Route 132. Improvement Plans and Specifications shall be prepared by a <br /> registered Civil Engineer and submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> Phasing of pavement section and widening will be allowed as approved by the <br /> Department of Public Works. A Traffic Index of 8.5 for inbound and 10.5 for outbound <br /> lanes shall be used for initial road design purposes and shall be upgraded to an ultimate <br /> Traffic Index of 9.5 for inbound and 11.5 for outbound lanes as approved by the <br /> Department of Public Works and as designated by the Road Maintenance Agreement <br /> required by Condition No. 2.f. <br /> Findings Adopted on December 3 1992 for Certification of Environmental Impact <br /> Report No. ER-92-2 <br /> 1. The Final EIR has been completed in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act. <br /> 2. The Final EIR has been reviewed by the Planning Commission, and the information contained in the <br /> EIR has been considered for the project. i <br /> 3. The Final EIR is adequate to address the impacts of the proposed project. <br /> 4.
