Water to be used only for dust <br /> control on haul road and material to be loaded onto trucks when necessary. <br /> H. WATER IMPOUNDMENTS and DIVERSIONS: <br /> I. This project will not have any water impoundments or water diversions. <br /> This is sandy ground and no storm water run off or any water will leave <br /> this site do to the existing drainage ditches now used.for farming. <br /> L. ORE PROCESSING: <br /> 1. A wheel loader will dig the sand material from a bank or from a stockpile <br /> and load sand onto dump trucks. If some dry screening is needed then the <br /> wheel loader will dump the sand onto the screen then load onto dump trucks. <br /> 2. There will be no milling and most likely no dry screening of sand. <br /> 3. The removal of the sand will be in the same time as the life of the mine permit <br /> if not sooner, <br /> J. IN-STREAM MINING <br /> 1. There is no in-stream mining to be done during this excavation. There is a two <br /> hundred foot set back from the toe of the levee which is the standard length <br /> used by the local reclamation districts. <br /> 1 <br /> III. DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED RECLAMATION: <br /> A. SUBSEQUENT USE <br /> 1. This area is to be returned to agricultural use but will now begin to produce <br /> row crops that can be harvested and used for human road animal consumption. <br /> 2. The legal owner signed the permit application. <br /> B_ RECLAMATION SCHEDULE <br /> 1. With the large amount of levee restoration going on over the next couple of ; <br /> years the length of this project could be shorted by a year or two, but upon <br /> completed excavation four years for field one and thirty days for field no. 2. <br /> 5 <br />
