No mitigation measures are found necessary under <br /> "Existing plus Approved Projects plus Project" conditions. <br /> YEAR 2020 BASE CONDITIONS <br /> i <br /> ' In this study,no programmed improvements over currently existing conditions have been assumed to be in <br /> Place by year 2020. The following mitigation measures are recommended under year 2020 base <br /> conditions. <br /> Intersections <br /> S.R.881S.R.12/Jack Tone Road intersection - Along with the installation of a traffic signal at this <br /> intersection as recommended under Existing conditions, additional intersection widening is projected to <br /> become necessary to provide sufficient capacity through year 2020. Provisionof an additional southbound <br /> left-turn lane and free-right-turn channelization of westbound right-turn movement are recommended at this <br /> intersection over and above the installation of a traffic signal recommended under existing conditions. With <br /> the recommended improvements assumed to be in place under year 2020 base conditions, AM and PM <br /> `peak hour LOS "B" operating conditions are projected. <br /> S.R.881S.R.12/Brandt Road intersection — The installation of a traffic signal, at this intersection as <br />' recommended under "Existing plus Approved. Projects plus Project" conditions, is projected to provide <br /> sufficient capacity to accommodate traffic demands through year 2020 base conditions. With the traffic <br /> signal in place under year 2020 base conditions,AM and PM peak hour LOS "B" operating conditions are <br /> projected. <br /> Jack Tone Road/Brandt Road ' — <br /> truersecnon is projected to operate at Year 2020 Base AM and PM peals <br /> hour LOS "F" conditions with the currently existing unsignalized control. The intersection is also <br /> projected to meet Caltrans peak-hour-volume Warrant-I1 (Rural Areas)under Year 2020 Base AM and PM <br /> peak hour traffic demands. Installation of a traffic signal at this intersection along with left-turn <br /> channelization for north-south approaches is recommended under year 2020 base conditions. With the <br /> installation of a traffic signal at this intersection, the Year 2020 Base AM and PM peak hour LOS "B" <br /> operating conditions are projected. <br /> Jack Tone Road/Kettlemdn Lane intersection—is projected to operate at Year 2020 Base AM and PM peak <br /> hour LOS "F" conditions with the currently existing unsignalized control. The intersection is also <br /> projected to meet Caltrans peak-hour-volume Warrant-11 (Rural Areas)under Year 2020 Base AM and PM <br /> peak hour traffic demands. Installation of a traffic signal at this intersection along with separate left-tum <br /> channelization for all approaches is recommended under year 2020 base conditions.
